FIND YOUR BALANCE

For me training is neither just physical exercise, nor sweating. Training is finding the right balance of building a strong foundation, testing limits and staying open minded to constantly feed our current needs. There are many different ways and methods to do so and I find myself in a space, as coach, to help you find the right way for you.

I know life can sometimes be harsh and staying constantly motivated is close to impossible. Learning to let go of performance pressure, creates room for new and probably healthier routines. It expands our horizon knowing that training is not only about results, but about pushing limits and challenging oneself. In order to perform at our best, we need to recover, to recharge and reflect on the journey taken.
